How does Paul describe glory in 2 Corinthians 3? How does he contrast the glory of the old covenant with the glory of the new covenant? What is the significance of this?

Glory is life in the Spirit, new life in Christ. The glory of the old covenant is the law and is based on condemnation which leads to death. It is temporary. The glory of the new covenant is righteousness and eternal. In the new covenant we have freedom in Christ and we are being transformed from glory to glory. In addition, we have a glory that endures and a hope of what is to come which is eternal life with Christ.
