To implement this practice I would begin to identify the strengths of the group and facilitate an environment that promote conversation and application .
There are three dynamics that we need to implement for a group. They are the people dynamics, process dynamics, and play dynamics. People dynamics involve the different personalities and experiences, and styles of communicating in the group. Process dynamics affect the structure of the meeting from the beginning until the end. Play dynamics involve ice breakers and team-building activities that might help connect the group better.
We have almost practiced most of the recommendations as mentioned above. For those areas that need improvement, we will try to follow the lecturer’s tips so as to enable us to do better. Two of our weaknesses are that we never start our meeting on time and do not have a code of conduct to govern our group communication and discussion styles.
