How will knowing “quadrants” (i.e., driver, expressive, amiable, and analytical) help you relate more effectively to different group members?

      It allows me to look at the strengths of each type of person and what vale they bring to the group.

      According to Merrill and Reid’s model, it is possible to categorize social behaviors into four categories, namely driver, expressive, amiable, and analytical. By knowing the differences each behaviour exhibits, we could work and interact with them better and avoid the “red buttons” associated with each behaviour. But the reality isn’t so simple.
