Pray without seasing. Live in an adittude of prayer. I dont believe we should put time limits on prayer. Pray as the spirit leads. Pray often. Morning noon and night.
I think it should be as much as possible because life has so mnay things I need to rely on Christ for, that I need to talk to Him a lot. I just need to remember to keep my eyes open when I am crossing a street
We should pray as much as possible as scriptures says 1thessalonians 5:17,Be unceasing in prayer, praying perseveringly whether we’re down,up, happy or unhappy because prayer is necessarily to every believer.
I think it should be continual, as things come to mind. Just as often as one would call or text a friend. It can be casual and open-ended, or deep and meaningful, even funny. We are called to pray without ceasing. Our thoughts should be continually drawn to Him.
When I consider how much time a Christian should spend in prayer I think of 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
It sounds like we are to pray continually. 🙂
God tells us to pray without ceasing. We need to pray all the time. Whether buy or not, our thoughts are always with us, and the thoughts can also be prayers.
As much time as possible. There is so many temptations and distractions in life, we need to pray as often as possible
I know the Sunday-school answer is “live a life of walking constantly in prayer.” But I also know that I really struggle to do that. So I will answer that question with an example. Do you know that feeling when you are on a trip away from your wife and you see something that you want to tell her? That moment that the words are on your lips to speak. In prayer, we can say it! He is listening.
I believe it should be continual; meaning that it is happening frequently throughout the day and night.
I think we should be in prayer talking to God through out the day. And take some time apart and have quiet time with God for as long as we can.
