John Newton testified, “Although my memory’s fading, I remember two things very clearly: I am a great sinner and Christ is a great Savior.” How do these two concepts relate to your life story? Discuss.

      These 2 things are the basic of what our faith is, without these, we are still a great sinner without hope.

      These two concepts relate very well to my life.
      I was a great sinner before I got saved but even after being saved I still sin in some way every day. Jesus saved me from my sins when I asked for His forgiveness and He is faithful to forgive of my daily sins when I ask Him to.
      “But we are all as an unclean thing,
      And all our righteounesses are as filthy rags;
      And we all do fade as a leaf;
      And our iniquities, like the wind have taken us away.”
      Isaish 64:6 (KJV)
      We can only be seen as been righteous through Jesus Chirst because we are sinners by nature.
