I believe Jonah would be one and tried to run away from God. Job is an obvious one but he stuck with God. And of course Moses
Sarai- All those years she longed to have a child, barren, watching others and becoming disappointed with God for closing her womb.
Job- He knew he had lived a good faithful life to God and when he was tested, failed, and lost his whole family, then covered with boils and sores, he was angry with God.
Martha- She was disappointed with Jesus when her brother Lazarus died. She had sent for Jesus days earlier when her brother feel ill and was disappointed that he dies while they waited for Jesus to come.
Moses accused God of not keeping his promise.
Jonah was disappointed God forgave the Ninevites.
David lamented numerous times in the Psalms.

Moses was very disappointed at times with his life circumstances. He also didn’t wanted to be the mouthpiece for the people.
The twelve disciples were disappointed as they believed that Jesus was the Messiah and they couldn’t understand why he would be sacrificed.
David continually shares his disappointment about his circumstances and calls out to God asking why He has turned His face away.
Job argued with God over the pain that he experienced. Abraham argued with God over the timing of having a son. Solomon found that earthly things were all vanity.
