I have the gift of being able to teach His word.
The gift of patience with children.
The gifts that I possess are Love, Kindness & Intercession.
One gift in particular that I possess that could be used in serving the Lord is my home. My home is somewhere that people gather and share meals together. Here we have conversations, build one another up, and strengthen our community. My home is also a refuge for people who might need support and/or friendship. For example, the first Saturday of every month my family and I host a community breakfast. People are invited to come into our home and share a meal together. By serving God’s people, we are simultaneously serving Him.
I’m learning (sometimes slowly) that getting myself out of the way and letting God move things that I could not, and then following in obedience to the call of ministry and teaching and everything seems to fall into place.
Teaching and leadership
The gifts I possess that can be used to serve the Lord is cooking and meeting people. I serve on the Greeters/Hospitality Ministry at church. I love it. I love meeting people and hearing their stories, putting a smile on their faces, giving them a warm hug or wave, showing love and concern for whatever they are going through. I love to cook. I have cooked for others when they are not able to cook for themselves.
The gift of compassion and empathy.
My gift is service. I help out in different ways at my church from playing bass to running sound to helping with setup. I try to fill as many needs as I can in hopes that other will be blessed.
Believers can have many gifts that can be used to serve the lord according to how the spirit of the Lord gift them. These may include gifts of wisdom, knowledge, prophecy, discernment of spirits, healing, miracles, speaking in tongues, interpretation of tongues and even leadership. However, what matter most for one to use these gifts if the ability to be a servant in the kingdom of God.
What gifts might you possess that could be used in serving the Lord?
The gift that I possess that could be used in serving the Lord faith. Recently, I have been journaling and writing several desires in which I am trusting God for right now. In doing so, I have to put my trust in the Lord and believe in His word that my desires will come to pass in due season according to His timing. While waiting on the Lord, I have put my faith in God into action. The word of God tells us that if we have faith as the size of a mustard seed, we would be able to see a result from God.
I can truly say that having faith in God is one of my gifts as a believer. I have watched God answer my prayers and have also used this gift of faith to pray for others in my community.
God possesses all the gifts of life.
I love scripture, learning, and listening to people. This has resulted in bringing groups of people together to study God’s word and care about each other and encourage each other in our faith.
God has given me the gift of bringing scripture to life in art and creativity. I teach my students how to translate the word of God into a visual.
My love for the Scripture and reaching out to others in need.
I believe that God has given me the gifts of wisdom and teaching to serve at an international Christian school as an English teacher.
