BY ACCESSING, COPYING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS. ODB MAY CHANGE THE TERMS FROM TIME TO TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, AND YOUR USE OF THE SITE AFTER SUCH CHANGES SHALL CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AS CHANGED. 1.1 Monthly Subscriptions: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription plan, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe, Our Daily Bread University (ODBU) will automatically process your subscription fee in the next billing cycle. ODBU will continue to automatically process your subscription fee based on your plan at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your subscription below at the section “1.5 Cancellation Policy”.
1.2 Annual Subscription: By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
1.2.1 Individual Course Purchases: We may offer an individual course purchase option from time to time that provides access only to the purchased course, and not the entire course catalog as in the Subscription plans. When you purchase an individual course, you get a license from us to view it via the ODBU website and no other use. You may not transfer or resell content in any way. We generally grant you a lifetime access license, except when we must disable the content because of a legal or internal policy issue; for example we choose at our sole discretion to suspend the operation of the ODBU website.
1.3 Payment Failure: If we do not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, your subscription will be suspended. Following any such non-payment, we will require a second valid credit card before continuing your subscription. If after (5) five automatic attempts to charge your card result in failure, your subscription will be terminated.
1.4 Termination of Subscription: ODBU reserves the right, to terminate or suspend your access to ODBU at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination of your account in ODBU your right to use ODBU immediately ceases.
1.5 Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time, with or without cause. Access to cancelling your subscription can be found on your account page.
Log in to your account at www.odbu.org. Once you have logged in, click “Account” in the top menu. Here, you will see your subscription listed. To cancel an Active subscription, click “View.” Click “Cancel” and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact via phone or by sending us an email. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for subscription fees paid prior to the time of cancellation.
1.6 Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions. When you cancel a subscription with us, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods. We reserve the right to offer refunds, discounts or other consideration in select circumstances at our sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
2. GENERAL SITE USE.
2.1 Personal and Internal Business Use Only and Copyright. Unless otherwise specified, the Site is for your personal and internal business use only. The Site design, text and graphics, and the selection and arrangement of such elements are copyrighted and are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. Except as otherwise expressly permitted on the Site, the Site and its material may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without ODB’s prior written permission and is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. 2.2 Links to Other Materials. Linked Web sites on the Site are not under the control of ODB and ODB is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. ODB reserves the right to terminate any link or linking program at any time. ODB provides such links only as a convenience to you. ODB has not endorsed, tested or verified any information, programs, companies, or products on sites to which it links. If you decide to access any third party sites linked to this Site, You do so entirely at your own risk.
2.3 Termination of Account: ODB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to ODB at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination of your account in ODB your right to use ODB immediately ceases.
2.4 You may terminate your ODB account at any time, with or without cause.
2.5 Account usage: ODB allows you to have additional family household members access your ODB account. You are solely responsible for all usage of the account. You shall not assign, transfer, resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute your right or access to your ODB account. Your ODB account is for your personal and household usage only.
2.6 You represent and warrant that: (1) you are at least 18 years of age or the age required or allowed under applicable law for providing the required account information; (2) all information that you submit is true and accurate; and (3) you are an individual authorized to provide the account information. You agree to comply with your responsibilities and obligations as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise indicated, all product and service marks and logos displayed on the Site are subject to the trademark rights of ODB, ODB Ministries, Discovery House Publishers, or other trademark owners as indicated. The absence of a product or service name or logo from this site does not constitute a waiver of any trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.
4.1 General. ODB MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SITE OR INFORMATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ACCURATE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ODB BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PRIVACY, FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY (INCLUDING OF GOOD FAITH OR OF REASONABLE CARE, NEGLIGENCE, AND ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ODB KNOWS OF, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF, THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR USE AND YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE SITE. 7. GENERAL TERMS.
7.1 Modification. ODB reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Site. ODB may revise the Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of the Terms may be superceded by expressly designated legal notices given to you or terms located on particular pages at the Site. ODB also reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that ODB shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site.
7.2 Assignment. You may not assign any rights in, nor delegate any obligations under, the Terms or any portion thereof without the written consent of ODB. Any attempt to do so shall be deemed a breach of the Terms.
7.3 Jurisdiction. THESE TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND INTERPRETED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES. ODB AND THE SUBSCRIBER AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES AND LITIGATION REGARDING THESE TERMS AND MATTERS CONNECTED WITH ITS PERFORMANCE OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE WEB SITE AND INFORMATION SHALL BE SUBJECT TO, AND THEY EACH CONSENT TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN, THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS IN MICHIGAN. USE OF THE SITE IS UNAUTHORIZED IN ANY JURISDICTION THAT DOES NOT GIVE EFFECT TO ALL PROVISION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THIS SECTION.
7.4 Equitable Relief. You recognize and acknowledge that a breach by you of any of its obligations under the Terms will cause ODB irreparable damage, which cannot be readily remedied by monetary damages in an action at law. Accordingly, in the event of any default or breach by you, including any action by you that could cause some loss or dilution of ODB’s goodwill, reputation, or rights in the Site, ODB shall be entitled to an immediate injunction in addition to any other remedies available, to stop or prevent such irreparable harm, loss, or dilution.
7.5 Entire Agreement. The Terms embody the entire agreement and understanding between ODB and you with respect to the subject matter of the Terms and supercedes all prior oral or written agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter of the Terms. No statement, representation, warranty, covenant or agreement of any kind not expressly set forth in the Terms shall affect, or be used to interpret, change or restrict, the express terms and provisions of the Terms.
8. PROMOTION GENERAL CONDITIONS.
8.1 ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the USA and Canada, over the age of 18. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.
8.2 Participants hereby grant Our Daily Bread University a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the Submission (along with their names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant Our Daily Bread University the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their Submission in order to grant such a license.
8.3 Our Daily Bread University is under no obligation to use any Submission or return the Submissions to participants.
8.4 USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of Our Daily Bread University. Our Daily Bread University reserves the right to use or not use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
8.5 CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Our Daily Bread University, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
8.6 LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Our Daily Bread University is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Our Daily Bread University may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release Our Daily Bread University from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
Our Daily Bread Ministries (“ODB”, “we”, or “us”) values the privacy of our Web site visitors. We have created this privacy statement in order to disclose the information we collect through our websites and mobile applications (collectively “Site”), and how we gather, use and disseminate this information. This privacy statement applies to all domains associated with ODB.
Information collected on this site will be used according to the following guidelines:

When creating an ODB account.When creating an account you will provide your e-mail and mailing address and may also elect to provide preferential and interest-based information. This allows us to send you updates, contact you regarding announcements, system updates, new ministry products and offerings, and other information.
Contact Us. We use Contact Us forms located on various areas of the Site to allow you to contact us directly with any questions, comments, or requests you may have. This information is used to respond to your questions, comments, and requests. We may also file your comments to improve the Site and program, or review and discard the information.
Email Registration. You have the opportunity to receive regular emails from ODB. When signing up for email you may be asked to provide Personal Information (including email address, name, country, and preferences). Information provided will be used to deliver email to you, personalize your experience and to improve and enhance what we offer. We only send emails to users that have opted-in to receive our mailings. If at one time you signed up for email but no longer wish to be a part of that email list, you may unsubscribe by clicking Unsubscribe within the email.
Mobile Apps. We offer various apps for mobile devices, including phone and tablets. Full access to all the features within the applications (including commenting, journaling, and bookmarks), will require the creation of an account.

ODB and DHP are non-profit ministries supported by the gifts of faithful friends and members. We do not send any direct gift solicitations to our contacts or anyone on our mailing list. However, we maintain the right to change this gift solicitation policy in the future as directed by the ODB governing board.
Security. Protecting your privacy and your information is a top priority at ODB. We use commercially reasonable means to protect the integrity of the Site and the confidentiality of collected data. Our employees and authorized volunteers are aware of our privacy and security policies and your information is only accessible to those employees and authorized volunteers who need it in order to perform their jobs. Restrictions. The Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are not 18 years of age or older, do not submit any information to us.
