May is National Mental Health Awareness month, the purpose of which is to reduce the stigma of mental health issues and promote support for those affected by them.
Our Daily Bread University provides helpful online courses that shed light on how mental health issues impact the global Church and its people. Here are a couple of our courses that you can check out.
Understanding Mental Health and Trauma. In this course Dr. Brent Burdick, Director of the Lausanne Global Classroom, examines the many resources available to create a mental health support system in diverse contexts.
