Wrap-Up

You probably found your initial reading of Hebrews to be a bit confusing. We’re listening to a first century Jewish sermon using a kind of reasoning that isn’t common today. Were you able to appreciate the evidence, even if it wasn’t the way you would normally make a case? 

We’re going to go further down this interpretive path with Hebrews in the next two lessons. Lesson 2 is exclusively devoted to Jesus Christ in Hebrews. After that we’ll head into the various Old Testament passages that had pointed to him for centuries.
