Although there’s a lot more to study in Ezekiel, we made it to the high point of the book. And it’s not the vision of dry bones coming back to life. That vision is possible because of something greater. It’s the vision of a holy God who brings new life to the world from His holy temple

Hopefully, you had a chance to consider an image that will be important in the New Testament—that we are God’s temple in the world today . . . That wherever we are, people can say the last words of Ezekiel: “The Lord is there.”

This is definitely one of our key takeaways from this mysterious and majestic book.

The next stop is another book filled with mystery and majesty. Get ready for a kind of prophetic vision that Ezekiel gave us a taste of.
