While Revelation is mostly known for its rich imagery and mysterious symbolism, we want to begin our journey where John does—with a vision of Jesus and His messages to seven churches in Asia Minor. Seven letters at the beginning of a book that is, to some extent, a large apocalyptic letter to the churches of Asia Minor.

Let’s read the first few chapters together to get to know these churches and begin to appreciate why these letters are bundled into a book with such dramatic prophecy.
