I googled the question. Jesus modeled the greatest adaptive leadership tool ever used when he washed the disciples’ feet (<b style=”background-color: var(–bb-content-background-color); font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;”>John 13:1-17). Clearly Jesus’ leadership was adaptive more than technical.

Biblical servant leadership is more of compassion for servant hood, where as lording over people is a form of pride and causes discomfort in the person and the relationship hence depending on the context.
