Explain.Reaching out to people and sponsors and support groups to help with discussions and accountability, and having to trust God in the midst of all the challenges and changes that was happening to me. Feeling overwhelmed wasn’t easy but talking about it to people that have your best interest at heart helped a lot. It is possible to be healed and set free from pain and anxiety God is good he definitely saw me through this valley that I was enduring for many years.

The not knowing what is causing the pain and why….. is the big question. But thank God for his word and his healing and for the faithful servants of God that can write about it so we can be set free and healed.

If so, what was helpful in moving you past that stage?I had been stuck in the anger stage for so many years. I didn’t realize how angry I was until I went to tombstone to my grandmothers grave . I fell to my knees and began to weep. I was asking for forgiveness because I was so upset with her and months went by and maybe years later the weight was lifted off my shoulders, and I began to walk in freedom.

Today I’m a recovering alcoholic and 6 years sober and serving the lord as we speak. God is good no matter what storm comes our way. Trust in the lord even when its hard to amen.
