Share the geographical and contact details of specific resources so that other participants could perhaps make use of them should they be able to.I would just encourage others to talk about what is going on inside you to someone. Pray about it also and ask God to send help in your direction. Also, I would encourage you to be okay with opening up and asking for help. Find support groups in your area where you share a common concern as a way to express yourself. In addition, get into activities that can be positive outlets for you in conjunction with you receiving the assistance you may need. Just know you are not alone. God cares for you and there are people within the Kingdom of God who will be dialed right in to help you.
