In just referencing the lecture start with a interesting statement, connect with the audience by a need, tell them specifically what you are talking about, and get to the specifics by referencing examples or instances. Helping the audience see, understand and relate to what you are saying by those instances and specifics.

I most times will shy away from public speaking. I lose my train of thought at times, even if it’s written down. It’s just being up in front of an audience. over the years I don’t feel as fearful as I used too, however, I still dread it at times.

With leadership is not just the title but it is being active in what a particular organization, group or situation is in need. Leadership can be productive; however, it is constantly changing.

Leadership is supposed to take us somewhere we haven’t been. Management is there to assist us while we are at those places we haven’t been.
