Christian Learning Center Forums Based on your answer, how could God have accomplished these ends in any other way?

God could have accomplished these ends any way he would have liked. However, the virgin birth fulfilled the Old Testament Prophecies. God accomplished what He said he would the way it was said that He would.

God could have achieved these ends in a different way. God would have allowed His son to descend from Heaven as a human, he would have still been sinless. However, it would not have fulfilled scripture or allowed the son of God to have the human experience.

God could have created a child in anyway he would like. He created Adam and Eve without our “normal” biological process. He created Jesus in this way so that he could experience life in the same way that we all have.

God is able to finish anything by choosing any methods he want without doing sins because he is a Creator of everything.

God is able to accomplish anything by choosing any ways or methods as he wants without sinful, because he sent to us his begotten son born on the earth to save the world.

Christian Learning Center Forums If the virgin birth took place, what would be God’s purpose for Jesus being born in this manner?

It was necessary for Jesus to be born of virgin for the sake of his sinless nature. He did not have a biological earthly father so he did not inherit a sin nature, rather he was the Son of God. It proved he had a heavenly origin and that he existed eternally. It was also important for salvation. Without a perfect, sinless, sacrifice there could be no salvation. Jesus was that perfect sacrifice because he lived a sinless life from the moment of conception. It also made Christ unique. No one else has ever been born in this manner. From the beginning to the end Jesus’ life was a miracle.

This was God’s way for Jesus to have two natures–both God and man in one Person.

Christian Learning Center Forums Why is the virgin birth such a departure from what we know of human biology?

According to the laws of human nature, man and woman must come together for a child to be conceived. Therefore, Jesus’ birth is supernatural occurence and miracles of God.

Until reciently, a man would have to be with a woman for a child to be conceived.
