grief is like fear because of the loss and what happens now, where do we go from here.
-
The grief felt like fear when a person refused to and is afraid to carry on with life, afraid of doing the same things that they used to do together prior to the loss of their loved one.
This person will need more time to come to terms with the knowledge that their loved one is no longer with them and that they can take as much time as they need to cope with the loss of a loved one and get used to doing the things without them, this will be difficult and prolong the grieving process.

i think grief is an expression of our fear, what are we to do next.

You are fearful of what will happen or happen next.
You next God to be there and carry you through it. God will provide and meet your needs. -
Grief can be experienced as fear in that the void in life created by loss leaves in its wake uncertainties about one’s future.
