To get to know each other on a personal level and to be able to relate to one another with shared interests and experiences.

In order to establish or implement the environment of team you must first identify everyone’s strengths and weaknesses . There should be a hand in glove effort and respect for each persons gift.

Though we are created for relationships, connection in a cell group does not come easily. Making the connection means we have to stop doing what comes naturally and start doing what works. For example, the group members’ hearts are open, their needs met, and their lives change.
