  Management is making sure people do what they are suppose to do while they are in a certain place. Leadership is actually taking them to a new place.

  Leadership takes us someplace. Management helps us do what we’re supposed to do while we are in that place

  Leadership takes some one to a place of growth and inspiration while management is there to manage people. In other words, leaders serve their people while managers control their people.

  Management makes sure people do what they need to do. Leadership lead people to better place, in order to accomplish what they do better.
