This is the first lesson in a four-part course that is designed to help you understand what leadership is and how you can most effectively serve those you lead. In Lesson 1, Dr. Sid Buzzell explained the complexity of the concept of leadership. Lesson 2 highlights a biblical understanding of servant leadership. Lessons 3 and 4 delve into six different models for grasping servant leadership in an effort to have a well-rounded basis for action.
