I am taking this course to gain a basic understanding of Greek. I am hopeful that I can pursue more advanced studies in Greek so that I can apply this knowledge to interpretation of the New Testament writings.

I like languages and hope that by learning Greek it will become easier to learn yet more languages. Additionally, I hope to read the Bible on an entirely new level.

I know nothing about Greek so taking this course is just to introduce me to the very basics of the Language. How far I go in the future will depend on how far this course takes me. I did similarly with Biblical Hebrew.

I am hoping, that if I can learn the Biblical Greek (still having problems with English) that I will be able to enhance and expand my understanding of the New Testament.

I am wanting to refresh my greek. I took it in seminary but have not used it for many years. So this is a way to get into it again.
