I got a refresher course of just how important pray is. We can some times get frustrated with prayer and feel like we are not being herd. It is nice to be reminded sometimes of that importants (prayer) and being herd.

Prayer is not just a ritual; it is an invitation to deepen our relationship with God, who actively desires communication with us, exemplified by Jesus, who regularly withdrew to pray, setting a precedent for us to incorporate prayer into our daily routines.

I love the reminder that God bends down to listen when we pray. He lets us know how much our prayers mean to Him, when He sent a message to Hezekiah stating that, “because you prayed about King Sennacerib of Assyrie, the Lord has spoken this against him. This is powerful because is shows the intimacy and the love when we go to God in prayer.
