Learning that prayer is a personal relationship with God! And knowing it keeps my faith where it should be always with God.

I love the fact that the lord inclines His ears to his children. And just the fact that he will always be there gives me hope for the future. This relationship is very inportant. It is not a routine, but it’s a lifestyle. Praise God for him listening to us.

Pray is an invitation to have a stronger relationship with our father who is Ernest Lee waiting to hear from us. Prayer is more than just a request for material things. It is a time of intimacy that if done from a place in your heart that diligently seeks the face of God, he is faithful to reward you. the reward that we should seek through prayer is not cardinal it is spiritual and the relationship that we build here on earth through prayer will last for all eternity when we see his face in heaven, he will recognize us through the relationship. We built through prayer.

I learned that God wants us to pray. The act of prayer is more than asking God to help us with our problems but is about having a relationship with him. When we pray, the outcome of a given situation could change as it did in the passage covered in the lecture.

One scripture mentioned in the lesson is written by David: “Because he bends down to listen, …” God will bend down to listen to me. It’s quite comforting that God does care and is eager to communicate with me. He truly loves us.
