It brought tears to my eyes to hear how deeply God longs to spend time with us and how He seeks communion with us. I need to be more respondent to Him in prayer.

I loved the imagery of God bending down to hear our prayers.

I’m very interested in the sentence He bent down to hear my prayer. A loving closeness beyond thought. It is a perfection through His status and His actions

As a teacher, I often bend down to get eye-level with my students as they are working. I had this imagery with God bending down to get eye-level to better listen to me. It made the idea of prayer more intimate.

Sometimes prayer is the only thing that can resolve an issue or help us get what is needed.
