To never give up. To continue to prayer Also, Prayer helps to strengthen my relationship with God

Prayer is a privilege and an invitation from God. It’s not only important to me, it’s important to God too. God wants a relationship with me. I am not complete without that relationship with God. I need God to survive. I can’t successfully do things on my own. I am weak and God is strong. I am strong in God and in God alone. Jesus should be my Everything. I exist because of Him. He is my Creator.

Psalm 116:1-2…”I love the LORD because He hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. Because He bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath!”

That God WANTS to hear from us, and wants to have a relationship and not just a list of our wants.

Psalms 116: 1-2 was my favorite in this lesson…”I love the LORD because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath.” To me that signifies just as stated in lesson just like a parent would lean down to listen to a child and comfort them if they are hurting and feed them if they are hungry so with us if we come to him with a request, he will bend down and listen and comfort us, listen to us and feed us and hold us under His mighty hand…it brings me great comfort just knowing that.
