It seems like no matter how many times I hear that He died for me, I am always startled by it. That the Triune God chose a humiliating death for me is so overwhelming.

To consider the precious price He paid. I will never understand it, never know what is was like, never comprehend the magnificence of what happened in the spiritual realm, in hell. I do not deserve this, not even on my best day. All I can do is love Him with everything I am and in every way I know.

Why do we adorn the walls of our house with pictures or artwork? Because an empty wall isn’t much to look at.
Similarly, to adorn the doctrine of God is to “wear” it or display it in our lives for others to see. When we cling to the doctrine of God in our lives we (a wall) display God’s goodness (artwork) for all to see.

God Is my everything. He stated in his word that if he be lifted up he would draw all men unto him. As a child of God I want others you see the light of God within me. Greater is he that is within me than he that is in the world.
-
God is glorified when we arrange our lives to put Him first, above all others. We will be blessed beyond our wildest imagination.

God is unique. He is like no other and because of who he is and what he has done for us and through us we must be true to him.
