Dr. Black’s visual of a book between two Bibles shows that all learning should begin and end with God’s Word. It reminds us that the Bible should guide everything we teach and help us see all knowledge through a biblical lens.

She is explaining the importace of using the word of God to frame everything we do in the classroom, from strat to finish.

Everything should start and finish with the Word of God! It is the framework that our education is based upon and it is what will ground our students in truth.

The illustration that Dr. Black is stressing the importance of framing everything we teach and curriculum that we use are to be framed within God’s Word. We must make sure that we are teaching Biblical curriculum.

This illustrates the importance of using God’s word as the foundation to our teaching, making sure that we have utilized it as a fact checker and that we are staying true to it.

We must start and finish the day with Jesus Christ is in your mind, soul , and heart. I would start with the Bible , the word of God. We make sure our students knows aJesus Christ . Have Jesus Christ in your heart and soul. Make sure we teach our students the Biblical curriculum and the education at the same time.

One technique I use to encourage a growth mindset in myself is viewing challenges as opportunities to learn rather than signs of failure. I also try to reflect regularly on what God is teaching me through both successes and struggles, reminding myself that growth is part of His plan and process for my life.

Always challenge myself to not be satisfied. Remind myself that I am never perfect and that I should always strive to better myself.

I am currently pursuing a Masters in English, not because I want the paper but because I want to be more knowledgeable in my field and for my students.

We are all under construction. We should always be growing in the faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
When doing a study and I learn something new or a revelation happens, it makes me excited. I enjoy that experience. -
Reading scripture and prayer help encourage me to have a growth mindset

I hope to gain a deeper understanding of how to integrate a biblical worldview more intentionally into my teaching. I also want to grow in confidence as a Christian educator, better equipped to disciple students and shape both their hearts and minds for Christ.

I want to find some nuggets of practical truth that I can use to better integrate my classroom.
