The various dimensions of the the nine beatitudes as presented by Christ in his sermon on the mount.

Although I’ve read or heard this sermon many times in my life, I have not taken the time to fully break it down until recently. This lecture was helpful. I didn’t know that it related to the 5 books of the law and the reference to Jesus as the new Moses.

indirectly, I may have heard most of all of the details and attics to the Sermon on the Mount, but one thing for sure about studying in Christ is that; there is always a new lesson to learn, and you can never study too much. So, I expect to listen carefully and seek to learn more today.

The gospel of Matthew is well organized. Its objectives is to present Jesus greater than the Law and Moses. Jesus was teaching with authority. Therefore, after His teachings, His ten miracles are presented in just two chapters.
