I thought it neat that no manner who has employed you, you are working for the LORD. The hardest thing in my opinion is to try and balance work and family life.

I found this lesson’s explanation of a proper perspective on ambition to be most interesting. We are not to lack ambition but not to be overly ambitious either but rather to strike a healthy Biblically based balance on the matter.

That God should be included in every area of our lives and we are working for HIM and that makes a difference in the way we handle ourselves at work.

God wants us to have a relationship with Him . So the Lord can mold us in His plan and know that it is the Lord’s doing.

I came to appreciate that work is not the result of the fall of man and that it is actually meant to be fun and fulfilling. If we do our part regarding work then God will definitely do His. Work encompasses a large portion of our lives and is meant to do more than just provide income. It is meant to also develop Godly character in me. I am to seek God’s specific calling for me and do it. No one can do me quite like me. I am specifically designed with a specific purpose in a specific place and time, as mapped out by God! Amazing!

Lying on an application to procure a necessary job position. Now, discrimination is playing apart in causing the applicant to lie but the employer is never held responsible for his part in using the applicant’s profile to discriminate against him in a broken system.

False political rhetoric, porkbarrel legistation, lack of policy or bad policy related to the best interest of the people, false agendas, catering to special interests for personal gain, fraudlent accounting, and lying to cover for overspending are examples of deceit and dishonesty. Complicit and biased media coverage also add to this dishonesty. Corporate overcharging, or taking economic advantage of consumers and or employees are other examples of dishonesty.
