She is describing that the Bible needs to be the focus. It is the beginning and the end. She saying that no matter what you are teaching the foundation is the Word.

The illustration of the scope and sequence of curriculum and the textbooks being sandwiched between the living and powerful Word of God is a wonderful visual for how we should approach everything we teach in the classroom. Rote memorization of factual information and completion of tasks or written assignments should have a purpose beyond the assessment grade, beyond the knowledge needed to pass a grade level, an exam, a course of study. There needs to be purpose and direction for the Big Picture. The goal of the education, how and why will this information help you to grow closer to the God that created you?, this should be the foundation on which all curriculum is taught. Yes, there are standards and benchmarks that need to be documented and met at certain stages of development and education, but beyond that, so much more purpose can be drawn when we bring all of it back to an eternal God with an eternal purpose for each of our lives.

I enrolled into a Christian university, became a active member in my church, read and reflect on the Word, read apologetic books, served others, prayed, and fast.
-
To grow my mindset I keep reading Christian religious books and go over the scriptures, prayers and meditations helps my body and my mind.
I try to live my life into the steps and examples of Jesus our Lord. -
Some of the techniques I use to encourage a growth mindset are: reading books and articles that deal directly with my field of study, consult experienced educators about specific areas of need, and lastly I purposely engage in reading that doesn’t relate to my area of study so that I can disengage in a meaningful way.

I read books, specifically that will help me to raise my children in the way of the Lord. I seek the advice of my peers, and especially those who are older than me to gain wisdom, always assuming there’s something to be learned from others, especially if they have more experience than I do. I constantly watch Youtube videos of lectures on biblical matters, health matters, and world matters. Last, but certainly not least, I seek the Lord in prayer.

I am continuing my education by taking college course, courses through the church, and attending seminars and webinars.
