This lecture will introduce you to the factors identified by Jim Collins to becoming a great nonprofit. Time will be spent on discussing the importance of planning and the ways to ensure success and avoid failure. In addition, nonprofits and for-profits will be compared and contrasted along with the importance of knowing business practices for nonprofit management.
