  What did you learn about the Sermon on the Mount and/or Matthew’s gospel that you didn’t know prior to taking this lesson?

  I didn’t realize how many sermons were in the Sermon on the Mount. I always thought of it as all a part of one setmon.

  I dint know that it covered 3 chapters. Now I understand what was meant when it was said that He ( Jesus) teaches with Authority.

  I didn’t realize that their was so much discussion in the book of Matthew surrounding the beatitudes. More in-depth than I realized.
