Mentoring is a big topic today, and for good reason. A lot of leadership fails for lack of a long-term relationship with a mature person who has travelled a similar path before us. 

Let’s listen in on Paul’s correspondence with two younger pastors with this topic in mind.
We’ve discovered before that the apostle isn’t afraid to “pull rank,” but we’re also going to find Paul being very collegial even with those junior to him. Remember, these are Paul’s last written words, as far as we know, and they reflect the relational authority he earned in person.
