On that day there will be neither sunlight nor cold, frosty darkness. It will be a unique day—a day known only to the LORD—with no distinction between day and night. When evening comes, there will be light.

On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half of it east to the Dead Sea and half of it west to the Mediterranean Sea, in summer and in winter. 

The LORD will be king over the whole earth. On that day there will be one LORD, and his name the only name. 
Zechariah 14:6-9 ESV

On the day of the LORD, when the enemies of Jerusalem are defeated, “there will be light.” Not only will the light of YHWH illuminate the evening, but Judah will help reflect this light:

On that day I will make the clans of Judah like a firepot in a woodpile, like a flaming torch among sheaves. They will consume all the surrounding peoples right and left, but Jerusalem will remain intact in her place. 
Zechariah 12:6 ESV

As He always intended, God won’t light the world alone; He will use His people. And this light will carry into the New Testament. It’s referenced by Paul in Acts, as he quotes a similar passage from Isaiah:

I stand here testifying both to small and great, saying nothing but what the prophets and Moses said would come to pass: that the Christ must suffer and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light both to our people and to the Gentiles.” 
Acts 26:22-23 ESV
