I have read through many chapters of the New Testament. I desire to study more because of the life meaning in these books and restoration I can receive through this study.

Regardless of how familiar anyone could be, there is always something new to learn. That’s how God’s Word works.

although I am familiar with the New Testament, and the gospels, I am always amazed every time I read the scriptures how little I know, yet how far i have come and do know.

I love learning that the Old Testament is fulfilled in Jesus Christ, the embodyment of the New Testament. I do enjoy reading the commentaries that come with these lessons because they always deepen my understanding of the content of the books of the bible, even though I have read them all my life.

I am quite familiar with the gospels. In the letters of Paul I am fairly familiar with their content and often need the reminder of how God wants me to live. Hebrews through Jude are less familiar to me, but today’s lesson encourages me to look at them again through the lens of the theme of faith.
