My understanding of leadership has been someone who is the main person in charge. I have a more developed understanding as a Believer about leadership in the Kingdom of God. We are called to serve, so there is a different type of leadership in the Body of Christ.

I always viewed leadership as holding high office, giving directives and even mentoring.

Actually, the lecture confirmed my understanding of Leadership.

To me, leadership is the ability to get others to want to follow. Some leaders do this naturally while others have to actively develop and cultivate that skill.

My understanding of leadership has always been the ability to encourage people to do more than they believe they can, whether that’s in ministry or just in life in general.
