Leadership is the ability of a person to influence and guide others towards a common goal or vision.
-
A leader is able to inspire others to following their lead willingly; by being a good example; creating a sense of purpose and commitment. A good leader has the ability to connect with others by their character and actions.
-
As stated in the lecture, each of us is a leader based on God’s calling or service He has chosen for us.

Leadership is the instructional ability to guide other through the use of motivational influence and schemes designed to produce results. Leaders can be good natured like Dr Martin Luther King Jr. or bad like Adolf Hitler. Sometimes we choose our leadership but other times we can be forced to serve under harsh treatment or behavior.
