I never really thought of me as the word leader. More guiding or helping.

It was best understood by me by example of the organizational chart. I am beginning to see that what I defined as an encourager is a valuable trait of a leader regardless of status.

Leadership is the role God expects me to play in the society he has placed me in. The type of lifestyle He expects me to live as his son in a world filled with sin and humans largely controlled by personal desires or self.
