Specifically, most of my recollections have to do with why I believe the way I do about specific topics, not as much about my faith in general. I’ve been questioned about why I believe what I believe about baptism, forgiveness, and what it means to follow Christ.

Recently I had to give a defense of my faith not so much with words but with my response towards a wrong done to my husband and myself within the church. As much as it hurt to be falsely accused, we had to walk away in pain. We walked away in truth so that gave us the ability to stand in the strength of Christ.

Yes, I can remember a time when someone said i was making too many mistakes to be a Christian.

yes, all throughout my life, even w. little biblical support. I think a part of believing in Christ is knowing that there will be questions and it easy to argue for what you believe. Recently, God has been helping develop questions, instead debating, in conversation. like, why does God refer to himself as “us” even in Genesis? “Genesis 1:26”

It’s not so much about doubting my faith or doubting faith in Christ as much as disapproving of the “WAIT”. Why not answer me NOW. I know waiting and patience are virtrues but I want the help or answer NOW. According to the Bible God wants the best for us, but sometimes it’s hard to justify causes that are hurtful and you have to ask youself WHY. WE SERVE an all knowing powerful creator who rules the world but let tragic events happen.
