Although this is a brief treatment of leadership, it is sufficient to challenge our previous views of leadership or those from the world, so as to heighten awareness and spearhead changes in my leadership style. The arrangement of material is very logical, and moves eventually towards application by way of practical models of a servant-leader in the second half of the course.

This is a good course to take in order to obtain a lot of useful information regarding different effective leadership styles and to come to understand a general definition of a leader. All of the styles discussed involve aspects of servant leadership, the type of leadership modeled by Jesus Christ.
