Some Christians hold to what is called an “over-realized eschatology”—that is, they expect the “age to come” to be fully present in this age. That sounds like the Jewish view of God’s Kingdom. It leads some to “claim” health and wealth and all sorts of divine provision and protection. Others have an under-realized eschatology and don’t live a victorious life marked by the miraculous presence of the Holy Spirit and the evidence of the age to come.

Which of these is your own tendency?
