God is interested in all aspects of our lives and He expects us to be good stewards of all He has blessed us with. We are also obligated to share those blessings with others who are in need as God directs us to…

I know this to be true but it is challenging that God usually only gives us small pieces of the puzzle to work work rather than the big picture of his plans. It keeps us dependent on him.

The idea that God often provides few details when He calls us, especially to do something new or different. We have to find out what to do, step by step, as we maintain an intimate relationship with God.

God loves honesty. Sometimes throughout the course of life, I’ve stumbled, but it is good to be refreshed.

Compassion for others in my field of work, remembering that I have to give an account to Him with those he has entrusted into my care

The Lord has given me a creative ability as well as a heart for relationships/people. My current job suites how I’m wired perfectly.

God has given me teaching skills. I enjoy teaching and I have received good feedback. I am still using this in church. From my wife, I have also learned to counsel. Together we make a great team. We are using this in Bridging Hearts organization.

I am not sure…what II thought he had called me to do did not go as planned so now I am waiting…

For me, that’s simple: Follow the Trinity one day at a time, leaning on the written Word to apply my work ethics towards him. With his guidance, our relationship will become stronger.

Pour into my children and husband as well as open our doors to our neighbors. Invite people around our dinner table, provide space for people to feel poured into, etc. We are dreaming that this someday turns into a small retreat space for couples to experience sabbath rest and healing.

I think He is beginning to call us to a different country – less privileged and in need of what we have to offer.

I always have a resume on hand saved to my files. However at this stage in my life I am not actively looking for work.

This is good for young people starting out in their careers. It’s not very relevant to where I am currently, but it is a good tool to have available.

It helps me see that in today’s busy world I must be brief, yet captivating, in my resume for it to be read even. I like the summaries on the left column that draw attention quickly. Having a template like this allows me to revise my resume from time to time as/when I need it.
