What in the notes did you find revealing, challenging or interesting?

I found it interesting that in the middle of the storm, I should be focusing on Chist. He is the one that has the solution and will bring me through. The storm is just a distraction.

That God is always thinking of us. God is in control of everything in our life and the world. Even when we in a difficult place.

When a person builds his life on Jesus’ words he is building a strong foundation to weather the storm in life. Jesus is teaching us to look toward him for wisdom and guidance.

God knows our every thought and deed. He helps us to grow in adversity.

This is all good information, but it is surprisingly interesting how all of this ties into my making, spending, saving and growing my wealth.

Who are people that have had an impact on your journey with the Lord?

My family, church family, christian authors, pastors, teachers, christian radio and tv to name a few.

My mom, pastor Underwood and my wife Satomi.

What does it look like to know God personally?

I must learn to trust God through Jesus Christ. I’m trying to get boldness to tell others about salvation. I’m trying to live without sinning anymore. At least blatantly on purpose or letting temptation rule in my life. Relying on God for helping me share about Jesus and his death and resurrection.
