Reflection Questions
Review the following questions and write down your answers in your own Course Workbook.
- Review:Â Considering my unique strengths and current job description, is it a good match? Why? Why not?
- Reflect:Â When I relate to co-workers, do I allow for the differences in our personalities or just resent and gossip about their weaknesses? What can I do to help myself get along with others in a more productive way? Do I understand the need we have for all types of personalities to be part of the team?
- Respond:Â Based on his or her style, list the ways that your boss would like to be related to. On a scale of 1 to 10, how are you doing meeting his or her needs? If you are the boss, are you treating people wisely based on their unique personality?
- Resolve:Â Write down three things you are going to do differently in the workplace based on the insights you got from this session. Ask the Lord for wisdom and grace in making changes.
