Well, we’re finally ready to read each Gospel on its own. We hope you’ve seen the value of getting the big picture in place so that we can now hear the distinct voice of each Gospel writer. First up is Mark—and that may surprise you. We chose this order because Mark is the shortest Gospel and most scholars agree it serves as a primary source for the other Gospels. So, what are your expectations for Mark’s rendition of the Good News? Would you be surprised if we said this course will take us past Mark to Peter and all the way to Rome to fully understand Mark’s message?
Well, let’s get started with Mark’s unique perspective and follow him where he leads.

I appreciated Dr. Laniak's and Dr. Martin's clear communication. I always wanted to hear what came next. I liked that the activities/sections were bite-sized pieces and felt I was progressing through the course at a reasonable rate. Most of all, it's given me a new appreciation for the Gospel of Mark and a desire to delve even deeper.
