The challenge of savings is to not spend all your money. My eyes never get tired of seeing and wanting. Lord that I would discipline my eyes!

God doesn’t want us enslaved to lenders. We as God’s people should lend.

The challenge is being counseled is listening. Weather the counseling is from the Lord, His word, or others. With the wrongs found in this world, many have the tendency to trust only themselves and what they think is right because people can be cruel.

Advice from reputable people is needed. Most importantly, be advised by the word of God and stay away from the advice of the wicked

I think that going to proverbs 22;15 the way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to advice, sums it up really good. Saving money is pretty much the only way you can go. You do not want to pay interest.
