In Lesson Six, we will explore ways to help people deal with stress by changing the circumstances causing the stress or changing the meaning of those circumstances.

  • Explain why some stress in our lives is actually beneficial.
  • Identify two biblical characters that faced extremely stressful situations.
  • Understand how changing the meaning of a painful situation can help if we are unable to change the situation itself.
