Getting Started

You may feel relief that we have made it out of bondage in Egypt, through the Sea, beyond Pharaoh’s reach, and finished the trek through the desert. We are going to camp for several modules now at Mount Sinai with Moses, God’s people and God Himself. But what is it really like to be so close to God’s presence, and what will He require of His people in this place of sacred solitude?

Let’s pay attention to how God begins to set the terms for living in a covenant relationship with Him and with one another. I think you’ll be surprised at both the intimacy and the terror of this vulnerable moment.
