Getting Started

In a city that boasted of its diversity—diversity of people, diversity of ideas, diversity of lifestyles—Paul carves out a path for godly unity . . . the kind of unity that appreciates God-given diversity. And Paul will have to make his case in a context where diversity led most often to division. 

Just as our last lesson reminded us of the Holy Spirit’s role in leading us to righteousness, this lesson will point to the Spirit’s role in creating a “body” full of roles and gifts that all function orderly under our divine “head.”
